2. Principles of data processing
Pizza Dough Guide is deliberately kept minimal: there is no user account, no contact form and no analytics software. The dough calculator runs entirely in your browser — the values you enter (flour amount, hydration, etc.) are never stored or transmitted anywhere; they are only calculated locally.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access data transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referrer URL, browser type). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website correctly and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website).
4. Cookies
This website itself does not set any cookies. Only technically necessary settings (e.g. whether you closed the mobile advertising banner) are stored in your browser's sessionStorage — this is not a cookie, never leaves your device, and is deleted again when you close your browser.
5. Advertising via Google AdSense / Google Ad Manager
Once this website is monetized with advertising through Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads — in some cases in a personalized way, provided you have given consent. In that case, your consent will be obtained before any non-essential data processing via a consent management platform (CMP), and you can withdraw it at any time. More information: Google's advertising policies.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) regarding your personal data. Please contact us at the address given above to exercise these rights.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data, for example the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated whenever data processing on this website changes, for example when advertising or analytics tools are activated.
